About
In the year of Corona 2020 our beloved church was transformed into an Arts and Performance Space. When award winning writer and director Warwick Moss suggested we put on his stage play The Silver Tunnel I was a little sceptical. But when I read it, what a swash buckling hoot! It confronts important social issues, including suicide in a wildly entertaining and uplifting way * A play set in a graveyard, heaven and hell. Performed in a church! What could be better!
Starring Ric Herbert and Tim Matthews this wonderful little play was a great success. Homeless guests attended with parishioners and normal theatre goers. All loved it!! Choosing churches as venues for this 2022 tour is no accident. They are the perfect setting. Starring the same two actors the 50 minute performance hurtles from a graveyard, to heaven, to hell and back, leaving the audience with a powerful universal message.....the wonder and value of life.
Attendance is free. Donations much appreciated. Like all our endeavours, the production is primarily aimed at raising awareness and therefore funds for the poor and disadvantaged we exist for.
Welcome to this wonderful journey.
