Steven has more than 40 years’ experience in Commercial Law, in particular Commercial Litigation. He has extensive experience in responding to regulatory investigations and prosecutions (including criminal) and dealing with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC). As a Partner and later Special Counsel at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers in Sydney, Steven represented many large Australian and international corporations including AMP, P&O/DP World, Malaysia Airlines, Fantastic Furniture and Japanese shipping line NYK. In 2019-2020 he was seconded to IMB Bank in Wollongong as acting Head of Legal and Compliance. Now his vast experience is available at RMB Lawyers. Personal Details and Interests: Steven does not regret his tree change move to the Southern Highlands 7 years ago. Steven enjoys walking his dogs, cycling, gardening and regularly heading down the South Coast. His 4 children and grandkids are frequent visitors to the Highlands.
